The Customer

About adnymics

adnymics GmbH brings 1:1 personalization to e-commerce. Its portfolio includes ParcelDealz, a product for data-driven advertising on package inserts. Campaigns are targeted using criteria such as age, gender, place of residence, purchasing power, and products purchased, printing happens via print-on-demand only for matching recipients, and tracking and attribution run digitally.

“Brilliant collaboration, excellent both professionally and personally.”

Tanja Müller, adnymics GmbH

The Challenge

  1. adnymics wanted a new website—modern and user-friendly. To ensure a consistent brand image, a redesign of the corporate identity was also added to the agenda.

  2. On top of that, there was a second task at the product level. ParcelDealz isn’t self-explanatory: targeted package inserts, print-on-demand, and digital attribution are new concepts for many potential customers. The product page needed to display all the information at a glance while also allowing potential customers to configure their target audiences.

The Solution

Positioning determines the outcome.

We first delved deeply into strategy and content: What are the website’s goals, and for whom do we need what kind of content? The layout was developed based on this foundation. At the same time, we refined the corporate design so that the website and product presentation speak with a unified voice.

The Product Page for ParcelDealz

Trust is built on evidence. We developed copy that succinctly explains how ParcelDealz works and conveys its key messages, complemented by clear visual elements featuring product images and customer testimonials.

In the second section, the form with its configurator features plays a key role. In four steps, prospective customers set up their campaign using their own targeting criteria and a preview function. This transforms the landing page into a direct gateway to the product.

The Results

  • adnymics presents itself with a website that integrates content and design from a common foundation.

  • For ParcelDealz, there is a product page that explains the offering and guides prospective customers directly to the campaign configuration.

Why this is relevant for similar B2B companies.

Products that require explanation present two challenges at once: The company needs a credible online presence, and the product needs a page that conveys its benefits in just a few minutes.

Both objectives are achieved as soon as work begins on defining goals, target audiences, and content, with the layout following from these elements.

An interactive element such as a configurator reinforces this effect: Prospective customers experience the product rather than just reading about it, and in the process provide the information that the sales team can use to move forward.
