How much does the initial consultation cost?

The initial consultation is free and non-binding. Afterward, you can take your time to decide whether and how to proceed.

How do we prepare?

A brief note about your goal on the booking form is sufficient. It’s also helpful to provide an overview of the tools you currently use for CRM, marketing, and sales.

Can we reschedule the appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel the appointment yourself using the link in your confirmation email. For last-minute changes, you can also reach us through the Contact page.

We don't use HubSpot and aren't sure if we need it. Is it still worth having this conversation?

Yes, that's exactly what the initial consultation is for. We'll start by taking a look at your processes and goals, and then we'll be honest with you about whether HubSpot is the right system for you.

Who is participating in the conversation?

The meeting will be conducted in person by one of our two managing directors: Christian or Sandra Rieck. Ideally, the person representing your company should be the one responsible for the topic, preferably accompanied by colleagues from marketing, sales, or IT.
