"How can our customer journey be mapped and used to increase conversion rates?" Pflegehelden approached us with this question. One result of the analysis was the development of email marketing. We introduced HubSpot as a tool for this.

The project

It all began with a workshop in which we took a close look at the customer journey and identified the individual touch points. It quickly became clear that one of the main tasks of content marketing is to build trust and a bond with the target groups. In addition, transparent and regular communication should help to increase customer satisfaction.

Results

As a central measure, we have set up email marketing activities and implemented HubSpot as a tool for this purpose. As part of this, various occasions were defined for which email marketing is used.

For example, customers who cancel their contract automatically receive a survey. We created an interface to survicate and set up the tool for this purpose. Incidentally, we are still on board with Pflegehelden after the implementation phase, providing support with the newsletter and HubSpot processes. Further automated email processes are to be set up in the future.
