Mark moves the Factory of the Future

Bosch Rexroth was looking for the right partner to make the topic of the "digital twin" more visible in the form of explanatory videos and bring it closer to visitors to their model factory in Ulm. We at Mark Lotse are the perfect partner for this because we not only have experience with explanatory videos - we have also successfully communicated the topics of "digital twin", "administration shell" and "Industry 4.0" in many similar projects.
Videos for the model factory
2 videos and 2 video styles that go together
Two videos were to be created for the Bosch model factory in Ulm. With different functions, content and in different styles, but still with a common thread. No problem for us! The result was
-
A teaser video that presents the history of Industry 4.0 & highlights the WHY. We used a mix of styles including emotional photos, videos, typography and graphics
-
An explanatory video in flat vector style - here we communicate the HOW & WHAT
Especially cool? The videos can be seen on huge 16x4 meter screens! In the Bosch Rexroth model factory in Ulm, this provides the perfect simulation of a smooth transition from the real to the virtual world.
We wanted to make software tangible. The combination of video and our ModelFab works perfectly. Thanks to Mark Lotse, we have the perfect symbiosis of the virtual and real world."
The result
Video 1
To bring visitors to the model factory directly into the picture, this video tells the story of the development of Industry 4.0 from the beginning to the present and into the future. The result is a cool and emotional video that is well worth watching!
Et Voilà: Here is our result!

Video 2
Now it was time to get down to business! What is the asset administration shell? How and who can Bosch support with the middleware? And what are some of the aspects? All of this should be explained as simply and comprehensibly as possible - and preferably in just a few minutes.
Take a look.
We see for ourselves.
Of course, we also want to see the result in action for ourselves. That's why we visited Ulm and had a look around the Bosch model factory:
And what's next?
Never change a running system! Because the results of our collaboration have not only convinced us, but also our customers, further videos are already being planned. Stay tuned!
