As Customer Success Manager for our HubSpot Managed Services, you ensure that our customers are not only satisfied users, but also experience real success stories. You accompany companies in the long-term use of their HubSpot instance and are the contact person for support, optimization & strategic development.
What you can expect

You will be responsible for actively supporting and expanding our Managed Services customer relationships.

You are the first point of contact for operational questions about HubSpot - from workflows and dashboards to data quality.

You coordinate support tickets, analyze pain points and work on sustainable solutions.

You support the identification of optimization and upselling potential and work closely with Delivery and Sales.

You help our customers to use HubSpot more effectively and achieve their goals in a measurable way.
YOUR PROFILE

You have experience in customer care, CRM support or customer success, ideally in a SaaS or agency environment.

You are familiar with HubSpot, CRM processes or technical support requests or want to learn the ropes quickly.

You work in a solution-oriented, structured manner and have an overview even in complex situations.

You enjoy direct customer contact, empathetic communication and building long-term relationships.

You are team-oriented and always think one step ahead.
