As Business Development Manager - Germany (Junior / Manager) you are a central part of our growth team and drive the expansion of our B2B business in the DACH region. At Mark Lotse - an established, growth-oriented HubSpot partner agency with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing - you will actively shape the future of our clients and your own career.

What you can expect

  • You will independently identify potential customers and decision-making contacts in the DACH market and qualify them for our sales processes.

  • You conduct initial approaches via LinkedIn, e-mail and telephone and coordinate appointments with Sales and Leadership.

  • You maintain and structure the sales pipeline in HubSpot and ensure clean lead documentation.

  • You work closely with our sales and delivery team to understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions.

  • You support the preparation of offers, market analyses and targeted sales initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a commercial, business administration or comparable education/studies

  • You have initial experience in sales, business development or sales support - ideally in a B2B environment

  • You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly and inspire with your inquisitive and proactive nature

  • You enjoy CRM tools (HubSpot) and digital sales work.

  • You are team-oriented and want to develop further in a dynamic agency environment.
